FAQ General Questions 


 Q1: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We ship across Switzerland and continental Europe. For countries outside of Europe, please send us an email.

Q2: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Yes, it is possible to do so, as long as your order hasn't already been shipped. Contact us immediately to update your address. 

Q3: What happens if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

A: The carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can also arrange pickup from the nearest service point.

Q4: Are all of your items brand new ?

A: Yes, we sell brand new and sealed collectibles. However, some items might have minor creases and damage. Please refer to pictures. 

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)


Q1: How much does domestic shipping cost in CHF?

A: Our domestic shipping fees are:

  • Orders under 50 CHF: 8 CHF
  • Orders 50–119.99 CHF: 10 CHF
  • Orders 120 CHF and above: FREE shipping

Q2: How long does delivery take within Switzerland?

A: Most Swiss orders arrive within [2-3] business days.

Q3: Can I track my Swiss order?

A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

Q4: Do you offer free shipping in Switzerland?

A: Yes! All orders 120 CHF or more qualify for free shipping.

Q5: What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

Returns

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Yes, within 14 days, if the item is unopened and in perfect condition.

Q: Can I return an opened item?

A: No. Opened items cannot be returned.

Q: Are some items non-returnable?

A: Yes — limited editions, high value items and final sale items cannot be returned.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: After we receive and inspect the item.

Q: What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?

A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.


International Shipping


Q1: Which countries do you ship to internationally?

A: We ship to select countries outside Switzerland. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination.

Q2: How long does international shipping take?

A: International delivery usually takes [5-7] business days, depending on your location. Please be aware that the delivery estimate could be longer.

Q3: How much does international shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order size.

Our international shipping fees are:

(BUYERS IN FRANCE CAN SELECT MONDIAL RELAY SHIPPING FOR A FLAT RATE FEE OF 10 EUROS)

  • Orders under 50 CHF: 18 CHF 
  • Orders 50–119.99 CHF: 25 CHF
  • Orders 120 CHF and above: 30 CHF

Q4: Can I track my international order?

A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Q5: Do I need to pay VAT or customs fees when ordering from Switzerland?

A: VAT and customs rules depend on the destination country:

  • UK: Orders may be subject to UK VAT and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • EU countries: Orders over the local VAT threshold may incur VAT and import duties, which are paid by the recipient.
  • Other European countries: Customs and VAT may apply depending on local regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details.
